Prof. Arnold van der Valk (Land Use Planning Group-Wageningen UR) and Beatriz Pineda Revilla (PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam) organise the next ASFP meetings (AMS’ Student network for Sustainable Food Planning) on March 4 (14:00-16:00).
MSc students and (potential) PhD candidates interested in the topics of sustainable food planning and urban agriculture are welcome to join. ASFP is a peer platform for thesis research and thesis writing, where students interested in sustainable food planning and urban agriculture can find extra guidance from Prof. Arnold van der Valk and Beatriz Pineda Revilla, as well as from peer students who are going through similar struggles during the process of writing the research proposals, conducting fieldwork, thesis writing, etc.
The programme for each meeting will be different according to your suggestions and requests. If you would like to present the findings of your Master Thesis or to present work in progress to receive feedback, you are most welcome. Please contact Beatriz Pineda Revilla (B.firstname.lastname@example.org) with your suggestions as well as to confirm your attendance to the meeting on March 4. Feel free to forward this information to other students who might be interested.
