From ideal to real

A Circular Economy gains increasing attention on public and private agendas, as it offers a potential escape from unsustainable, linear ways of using resources. In order to facilitate circular material and resource flows in the built environment, innovative solutions are required for building technology, architecture and planning. Many innovations have already been developed, but how many have successfully been implemented on a significant scale? This symposium is a unique opportunity to discuss the state of the art of circularity in the built environment. Moreover, it provides an excellent networking opportunity!

The Circularity in the Built Environment (CiBE) symposium will take place on Wednesday 1 July 2015 at the faculty of Architecture & the Built Environment. The programme consists of outstanding keynote speechespitches and parallel sessions.
