AMS Workshop “Future landscape of the circular economy” by REPAiR team during Landscape Triennial 2017

Confrontations in the Metropolitan Landscape

Worldwide urban regions experience the pressure of urbanisation, energy transition, climate change and intensive agriculture on their landscape. Simultaneously, regions start to acknowledge the importance of a vital and attractive landscape as a key success factor in the global battle for talent. The question is, how to combine these increasing sustainability transitions with internal metropolitan demands, without loss of existing landscape qualities?

As part of the Landscape Triennial 2017, the International Symposium “Confrontations in the Metropolitan Landscape” will address these questions and offers a unique opportunity for people working in/with/for the metropolitan landscape to meet, extend knowledge, share experiences and learn from each other’s practice.

Together with TU Delft, AMS Institute hosts an afternoon workshop on the REPAiR project.
