Delft University of Technology Vincent Gruis

Vincent is professor of Housing Management at Delft University of Technology. His chair aims to develop and evaluate organisational strategies for the management and redevelopment of housing in order to contribute to increasing the socioeconomic and environmental sustainability of housing provision. Vincent is also professor of applied sciences at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, member of a supervisory board of a large Dutch housing association, board member of 033Energie and chair of the Commission of Experts of the foundation VGO-keur. At AMS he is studying how the built environment can adopt circular building components as part of maintenance and renovation strategies, as well as how housing institutions can support collaborative management and redevelopment of housing in which tenants take the lead.
