Daniela-Florina Ungureanu is a dynamic professional and Program Co-Organizer in AMS Institute's Entrepreneurship Department, co-leading the AMS Startup Booster with Ioannis Ioannidis, Entrepreneurship Lead. In her role, Florina curates and facilitates expert-led sessions covering key topics such as business registration, AI-driven marketing, funding strategies and prototyping. Her empathetic approach fosters essential ecosystem partnerships, supporting startups in achieving sustainable growth.

Florina is currently pursuing a MSc in Business Administration at University of Amsterdam, specializing in Digital Business. Her academic journey is underpinned by a passion for Supply Chain and Operations Management, Innovation, and Blockchain. Enriched by her experience in Entrepreneurship, Consulting, and Sustainability, her contributions have been instrumental in the success of AMS Startup Booster’s Batch #6, both during and beyond the incubator.

Florina's diverse experience across Europe and Asia fuels her commitment for urban innovation and societal contributions. She is also a finalist in the Accenture Innovation Challenge 2024, a Women in AI Accelerator graduate, and currently advancing research on AI and gamification in digital health applications.

Florina is motivated by the opportunity to enable sustainable solutions for a thriving society and is committed to empowering fellow entrepreneurs to make a lasting impact.
