Expertise: Boris’ career spans activities in international business administration, finance and sales operations. His expertise is based on extensive experience in business processes, transformation, finance and project management. Boris was the EMEA customer fulfilment manager for the multinational business analytics tech company Cognos’ shared services centre, and key in setting up this pivotal operation. He was an acquisitions integration manager at IBM, leading teams to advise acquired companies in transitioning their sales to IBM. Throughout his career, Boris has designed, implemented and managed business processes and systems for both large and small companies worldwide. Currently, Boris is a consultant supporting start-ups as a financial controller, business administration expert, operations manager and process advisor. Boris also enjoys his recent academic endeavours, lecturing and advising university-level students in business labs and entrepreneurial case-studies.
