At the start of this year, VNG Realization conducted research into municipal data labs. This survey shows that 60 municipalities have their own data labs. Such a data lab is often part of a data-driven strategy within the municipality, or is a precursor to it.
The previous Meetup Datalab XL in March 2019, was mainly about what data labs are and how they are organized. This second meetup will focus on smarter collaborations between municipalities and in data driven innovations and research.
It promises to be an informative program filled with exciting speakers, pitches and a variety of workshops. AMS Institute was invited to facilitate a workshop. More information about the workshop will follow soon.
