Day 1: Framing Urban Biodiversity

  • Hands-on sessions on sensing and computer vision for species monitoring

  • Nightwatch: Evening field trip to observe nocturnal urban wildlife

Day 3: Designing Urban Ecological Research

  • Pressure cooker: team-based research design challenge
  • Develop and pitch your own urban biodiversity study
  • Interdisciplinary feedback and group reflection
