Since the TADA values have been incorporated in the Amsterdam coalition agreement 2018-2022, a broad group of people have enthusiastically set to work on implementing these values in Amsterdam.
Not a straightforward task. After all, how do you deal with the fact that many values can be explained in multiple ways? What do you do when values contradict each other? And what are values, really? Implementing them is not so easy, so it seems.
Together with Professor Ibo van de Poel (TU Delft) we'll talk about operationalizing values and weighing values and he shows how to work with the 'value hierarchy'. At the end of the session there is room for questions / discussion or an interactive work form (depending on the number of participants).
