How can data help us listen to the smallest citizens of our cities?
Join the MIT Senseable City Lab for an intensive 3-day Summer School in a hackathon format to explore the frontiers of urban ecology.
From August 24–26, dive into a real-world global dataset of insect biodiversity from Amsterdam, Laval, and London. Using cutting-edge Visual AI developed by our Amsterdam team, you will get hands-on with AI-enabled data to track urban insect populations. You will be asked to translate the detections into meaningful ecological insights and master the art of science storytelling to present your research vision.
An initiative of Senseable City Amsterdam
Please apply for the workshop before the 10th of June (spots are limited)
