How to get to Marineterrein

The best way to get to Marineterrein is by bike or public transport. You can find your quickest route to our office using this Google Maps link.

Main entrance Marineterrein:
Kattenburgerstraat 7
1018 JA Amsterdam

Bike: When biking from Amsterdam Centraal Station: The Oosterdoksdraaibrug is closed. Use the route via NEMO-brug, Prins Hendrikkade, or via Piet Heinkade and Kattenburgerstraat to arrive at Marineterrein.

From Central Station to Marineterrein:
• Bus 22 towards Muiderpoort Station (IIzijde, stop E) - stop Kattenburgerstraat: walk 150 meters (2 minutes) to AMS Institute.
• Tram 26 towards IJburg (East side, track 2) - stop ‘Kattenburgerstraat’, walk 450 meters via Kattenburgerstraat.
• You can also walk to our office. The route is about 1,7 km; a 17-minute walk.

Car: With the ambitions of developing the Marineterrein into a car-free area, parking on the terrain is only for permit holders.

We advise visitors arriving by car to park on the Kattenburgerstraat, in Parkeergarage De Loosden, or to use the P+R Zeeburg.
