As HR Officer, Martijn coordinates all employee-related processes like recruitment, staffing, employee administration, benefits, and training & development. He is the point of contact for all personal matters for both managers and employees of AMS Institute.
Martijn has been working in the field of Human Resource Management for almost 20 years. He started his own HR company and has recently been working on an interim basis at Wageningen University & Research. Martijn joined AMS Institute in the summer of 2019.
In addition to his passion for the HR-profession, Martijn has a broad interest, including politics, sports, history.
