As Project Manager, seconded from the Valorisation of the TU Delft, Rosalie focusses on the interface between the TU Delft and AMS Institute. She co-ordinates the contribution of valorization and research from the TU Delft to AMS Institute. Also, she strengthens the connection between AMS Institute and the different faculties and builds on the visibility of AMS Institute at TU Delft.

Rosalie graduated in Economic and Consumer Psychology at Leiden University, which gave her insights in the human brain and how direct environment and surroundings can influence human behavior. After performing neuro-marketing research and working as a growth-hack marketer between the innovative walls of YES!Delft, she now fully commits to innovation. The way how AMS Institute brings innovation and urban society together, perfectly fits Rosalie’s interests. In her free time, Rosalie also connects entrepreneurial woman to business in the area of Delft and The Hague.

“It's great to be part of an organization that speeds up the process between technical innovation and societal implementation. Especially at a time where this process is increasingly necessary in urban regions.”
